ALL product concerns must be addressed within 7 days of purchase, and original receipt must be provided.
As of 02/01/2020 – There will be no more cash/debit/credit refunds. All refunds will be made in the form of Store Credit.

- No Refunds/Returns on Liquid & Powder Products
- Exchanges only if the original receipt is provided, and product seal/package remains unbroken.
As of 02/01/2020 – Every Light/Ballast/Shield will have the date of sale engraved on the equipment matching the original receipt.
- If date engraved on item does not match the original sales receipt, no return or exchange will take place.
- To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition as purchase. Item must also be in the original packaging.
- Faulty products may be returned at owner discretion.
- To complete a return, the original receipt must be provided.
Once store credit is issued – the receiver is solely responsible for overseeing the certificate. If certificate is lost/stolen/altered in anyway R&K Garden Supply is NOT held responsible. We will not maintain records of store credit given.
All refunds/returns/exchanges are ultimately left up to R&K Garden Supply’s owner discretion
